Paul is my hero!
Started a new job, gets the key stuck in the lock and can't lock the door.🤦‍♀️
Rings Paul, he drops everything and comes out within 30mins, swaps the lock, all sorted and for a really good price!

I recently had to request help from a locksmith and called Paul  and I couldn't be happier with his work. Not only did he fix my issue quickly and efficiently, but his service was exceptional. What impressed me the most was the reasonable and low price he charged for his top-notch service. Amazingly nice locksmith! I'd been locked out for over 2 hours and the locksmith I originally called was gonna take another hour or two, this guy came within 15 mins and got me into my flat within 5 minutes! Paul deserves all the 5* reviews he has received- absolutely top bloke who completed the job quickly and professionally. Communication throughout was superb as well. This guy.. PAUL.. is a top G.. I called him for an issue with my door lock. I was panicking.. But he said he'll be 15 mins and that's how long it took him to get to me.

He gave me a quote on the phone and that was all he asked for after he did an amazing job very quickly too.

Absolutely fantastic service from Paul.  I live over 100 miles from Burnley and late on a Saturday afternoon,  my mum's carer rang to say there was a problem with the front door (mum has Alzheimers). Paul went straight up there,  sorted the problem and even fitted a thumb turner on the inside of the door to make it easier for Mum to lock and unlock the door from inside without having to use a key. If you need a Locksmith then honestly, and you can take it from me, this is your man! Paul turned up to fix my PVC front door lock within the hour. There should be more people in this world like this fella. Other greedy sods quoted me in excess of 90 pounds but Paul charged a lot less and in my opinion that was the correct price to pay. 5 STARS!
